Seeking to identify the user/client's needs is crucial in the beginning phase of any project. Deep research includes persona building and empathy mapping.
Ideation is key to solving problems in multiple ways. Making ideas tangible in the form of prototypes enables me to communicate possible solutions more effectively.
Once the user/client's needs are identified, solutions are determined creating a usable interface that caters to the intended audience is designed.
No project is ever truly done. Measuring data through user testing often leads me back to a previous step, providing insights I need to redefine the original problem or come up with new ideas I hadn’t thought of before.
